When visitors arrive, the system allows them to register at the entrance using an intuitive registration form by entering the requested data: during registration, data such as name, surname, email address and other necessary information are collected and this data they are then verified and stored in the system for easy access and appropriate visitor management.

Furthermore, the storage of visitor data in the system allows the entry of the same visitor to be speeded up at subsequent times as by entering the email address the data already entered into the database will be automatically compiled.
