10. BIOMETRIC DATA PROCESSING

For the purposes of using the services offered, the Data Controller may process your biometric data if shared within the IntellyAccess application and in any case as long as they are available in the system.

We will collect your data at the end of a wizard that will ask you to record a small video or in front of an IntellyTablet terminal.

Your data will be transmitted to our servers to allow the processing and acquisition of information relating to biometric characteristics and will be transferred to the local access control system only if shared within the IntellyAccess application.
 
The personal data of a biometric nature that will be processed by the system within the Access Control Service, only concern the specific and individual biometric values ​​that make your person uniquely traceable when you present yourself in front of an IntellyTablet terminal.

The biometric data will therefore be processed exclusively for the purposes relating to the access control service and will be kept in the solution for a maximum of 48 hours or until automatic cancellation without any extensions by the user.

For the processing and sharing of biometric personal data necessary to provide this automatic access control service, the Data Controller requests your specific consent within the IntellyAccess application.

However, if you decide not to give consent, it will not be possible to automatically access the premises through the use of your particular biometric data and access will still be possible using other methods of identification.
