BADGE ACCESS

By adopting a badge-based access control system, it is possible to obtain an effective and convenient way to manage access to a facility. In fact, one of the most common ways to access an IntellyScan access control system is to scan a dedicated badge.

These badges, equipped with RFID (Radio-Frequency Identification) or NFC (Near Field Communication) technology, allow communication between the badge and the electronic reader on the tablet: the user simply has to bring the badge closer to the reader to gain access .

Users appreciate the convenience of a badge because it can be easily carried in a pocket or bag without having to search for keys or enter door opener codes manually.

After a badge has been registered and assigned to a user, hold it close to the reader on the tablet: a pop-up will open with your identification data and a green and red button to register entry or exit.

Once the selection has been made, a door opening command will be sent to the configured input or output relay.

Badge access is widely used to ensure access only to authorized employees while preventing outsiders from entering and protecting sensitive information.
