OFFLINE ATTENDANCE

IntellyScan allows you to collect presence data from registered users even in the absence of internet connectivity or offline, proving crucial in contexts where internet connectivity could be interrupted or inaccessible.

The offline presence recording function is available exclusively with the BADGE access functionality as, through the local storage of card data on IntellyTablet, we allow the recognition and recording of presence reliably and without connectivity.

Offline recording thus works even when the network is interrupted and allows you to avoid any delays related to connectivity by immediately acquiring the recording data which will then be synchronized with the cloud server as soon as internet connectivity is available again.

Offline presence recording is therefore particularly useful in situations where Internet connectivity is limited or absent and allows access and registration for the sole purpose of presence without being able to receive real-time access policy updates from the server.
